The Division Beta – It’s all fine

I was, and still am highly skeptical of Tom Clancy’s The Division. It’s got the potential, definitely. I like the futuristic aesthetic and the concept of it’s cooperative play, but ever since they showed the game at E3, it’s becoming hard to tell what’s really going to be a part of the final product, or what looks like a marketing mess.

First Impressions: Hand of Fate (Worth the Keep)

Hand of Fate is a game I’ve heard about for months and have heard people talk about for months. The main premise is that it’s a card game that’s a mix between D&D and the combat of the Batman Arkham games. Despite it having a successful launch during Early Access, I was still really skeptical of the game. Videos of the combat showed a more clunkier version of the Arkham combat, and I wasn’t sure about the game’s content being worth the asking price. It’s on sale right now, so I decided to pick it up. I was pretty wrong.

First-Impressions: Mad Games Tycoon (I refunded it)

When Mad Games Tycoon came out earlier this year, I was interested in it. Take Game Dev Tycoon and make it more of a Tycoon game. Despite it being in Early Access, it’s developers are active and make constant updates, it has positive reception and is currently on sale for a good price. Unfortunately, I kinda wished I waited.
